Xbox 1 to PC

Is there a way to port xbox one files to PC? A group of guys over at OS do a very good fictional draft class on the Xbox and Xbox 1 every year and I use the PC version of the game. I was wondering if there was a way to get the file once they complete it? Also, what program would that be?

The good news is that you should eventually see top notch Draft Classes for PC as well.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure there will be.. I'm just waiting to start myLeague with a good draft class that's all. Just excited to get going.
