Preorder MyTeam Card missing

Hey everybody.
I redeemed my Preorder Code and choose Dirk Nowitzki from the available players. Activated the locker code ingame. Then went into the rewards section to open my packs. I had the two packs there, but no Nowitzki...My best player is now Kris Humphries from one of the packs...It's kinda hard to play against Durant with just Bronze players on the court... Anyone know, where to find the preorder internation card?
