Talk about NBA 2K15 here.

Wow, some of these are pretty bad. Worst one I heard so far is Demarcus Cousins sounding like he's reading his lines and trying to swallow golf balls at the same time. Bet I heard was probably Channing Frye but who wants to be mentored by channing frye?
Wondering what's the worst and best ones you heard?

Bradley Beal has been decent.

Al Horford is the worst one ever...he paused during lines and stumbled over his words numerous times I understand they aren't voice actors or anything but sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesh and the best one so far is Brandon Wright from the Mavericks and Corey Brewer from the Timberwolves.

The only one I've experienced first hand is Channing Frye, as I've just started a career with the Magic. Having seen that video that benji posted, DeMarcus Cousins surely has to be one of the worst. I think a little more coaching, enthusiasm, and one more take were in order for some of them.

They should have brought in a voice coach. One of the basics of sounding more natural is to memorize the lines. Unless you're good at reading, reading sounds like reading instead of talking.

Al Jefferson is hands down the worst.. It kind of sucks playing for the hornets just for that reason.

T-Ross he sounded like his family member just died he look sad and lonely lol

Heard Brewer was the best so I tried him and he actually is. Clear voice, unlike Cousins

Only experienced A.Drummond's so far, not that bad actually. Just a bit monotonous... But it still brings something positive to immersion (even if I don't like this new MyCareer mode).

Wait until you hear Markieff Morris.
Sun Oct 12, 2014 12:47 am
I was just recruited by Markieff in the offseason and man is he bad but he doesn't compare to DMC who constantly stumbles his line and when he doesn't he mumbles them. Horford wasn't to bad though I know some people didn't like him much.

yeah DM is pretty bad...can't hear a freakin word he's saying. like he popped a roofy.

I don't mind any of the players but that assistant coach with his mouth full of spit at the start of every other word is disgusting I wish you could skip all of his cutscenes especially on points of emphasis.

I'm gonna be honest. This hood/thuggish lingo is pretty annoying. These guys talk like they don't have a lick of wisdom or maturity.

Well, some (quite a few?) of them think that "ain't" is an actual word.

I'm late to see this but who in the 2K studio would be brave enough to tell the walking technical foul that his reading isn't good enough?? Lol I think they all passed..

Can I just say that out of all the people on the Kings they didn't pick Rudy Gay...if you ever watch his interviews he is the most well-spoken player in the NBA imo.
Sun Oct 12, 2014 9:17 am
Perhaps they weren't confident that he wouldn't be traded again before the season is done.

This is true sadly

James Harden is one of the best mentors, he speaks and mentors you like you're his best friend or something.
Sun Oct 12, 2014 6:03 pm
GloryD, I'll disagree with you on that I honestly think Tim Duncan is the most well-spoken player in the league.
Sun Oct 12, 2014 6:24 pm
Out of all the guys they could pick from the Mavericks, they choose Wright as your mentor. Really? C'mon cuh.

I meant to put one in my sentence but agreed 100 percent

I guess it comes down to whoever they could get. I guess it makes sense too; the star of the team probably isn't always going to be the one who takes the new guy under their wing.
