very lag during game

these are the specs of my pc.
i don't have problem like this on my nba2k14 but when i tried 2k15 its very lag during the game.

i hope somebody can help me here. thanks guys..

Yeah, your specs are very low. Try running at minimum settings.

Pretty much everything. To run at maximum settings, you'll need more RAM, a new CPU, a new GPU, a new PSU, a new motherboard, ect. It's not gonna be cheap. You might just be better off getting a PS4 if you're on a budget.
