if it still doesn't work, completely remove all the sweetfx files (from the first version i posted), then copy these files over to the game directory:

Do you have any programs running in the background (e.g. precision, afterburner, rivatuner, fraps, etc)? If so, it will crash to desktop with this sweetfx. I don't know what the specs of your PC are, but it shouldn't matter. That profile I sent you should only take 1-2 fps max.

I have win 8.1, so I can't test to make sure it works myself, but I sent you the version of sweetfx injector that should work fine with 64 bit games. You can also give this a try... I made it for folks like me with Win 8.1 that cannot use sweetfx normally due to the directx11.2 error, but it could also work for win7, I'm not sure.

should be a noticeable difference--here are the key bindings, try reloading shaders. If you don't see a difference, it's not working correctly.

insert--reload shaders
scroll lock--toggle sweetfx on/off
print screen--screenshot

if you don't see any difference, post the log.log file, or upload if it's huge.

if you see a difference, but it's not as much as you were hoping for, try these settings: https://mega.co.nz/#!IB8Q1b4B!NzoYHxS-8o2bEyYz8AFO6rUPQYfdj5rL80egN2UrXlA

I'm also on Windows 7 but I will try that as well
EDIT : I see the huge difference now it doesn't looked so washed out like the default its a huge improvement now I am trying the other Settings you put.

sweet i'm glad it worked. yeah default has too much fog for my taste, so i tried to remove some of it, and add a bit of sharpening so it doesn't look out of focus. It will look a bit different monitor to monitor so let me know if you would like any changes made-- it just takes me a second.

Everything is good for me any more coloring and it will become saturated and lose the look of realism and the red accessories can't really be fixed they aren't red enough for me but other than that it looks amazing thank you.

Shouldn't be more than 1-3 fps hit. If it's causing issues turn off smaa and reduce lumasharpen to 0.80 or so.

No prob, I'm glad it worked. Check this other thread from time to time, as I'm going to post a v2 which I think is a slight improvement. http://forums.nba-live.com/viewtopic.php?f=157&t=96705
