PC players.. Quick Match Online lag

Does anybody else feel crazy amounts of lag when playing a Quick match online game? It hurts my eyes. I can barely play it.
Offline I'm running a smooth, constant 60fps, but once I hop online... the game is all over the place. It's playable, but really really frustrating and the constant stop-and-go strains my eyes.
I remember launch night at around 3am, I was playing quick match online games fine. I actually had really smooth experiences and played a couple matches in a row no problem.
Is this the server's doing? Anyone else feeling this?

Im so tired with graphics sets and all bugs in 2k15 that i forgot to try online, if this is all true it will be 6th year in the row with totaly unplayable multiplayer. Maybe again this is problem outside states, mostly europe but damn 2k please not again! I will check my online experience when i back home.
