Yep, if a Game has Borderless Windowed Mode its a good port. I only found it ramdomly, because I had not even tried to check it first, because I did not except the Game to have it. I like to watch YouTube Videos on my 2nd Screen trying out some Trades in MyLeague, so thats pretty nice.
Full Screen/Borderless Windowed will fill one of your screens with the game, but it's actually windowed, so you can move between the game and other applications without having to minimize the game.
Speaking of borderless windows, my 2K15 - fraps says its 60-59fps at all times, but i get a crazzy microstutter. I read borderless window is a common solution but that didn't work. Currently trying to force v-sync via driver (catalyst control manager) and not the game
