Although it's a nice little detail to add, I hope there are alternative interactions, like ignoring the guy.
The personality badges should play a part in this. If I choose "Reserved", my player should never throw a tantrum like Chris Smoove did on that MyCareer opening scene.

I don't think you get to earn any badges until after that opening cutscene.

That would be weird to decide what my personality is like AFTER I play a few games and earn XP.
I think it should be set right at the beginning, like the player measurements.

I agree. I guess it's a minor detail in the long run, but given the RPG-style nature of MyCAREER, it would be nice to be able to decide on a few things beforehand, and have a couple of different reactions in the opening cutscene.

But then I suppose if one does decide to have a more reserved personality, the opening cutscene could be taken as a moment of extreme frustration/end of your rope kind of situation.

Here's the thing, though. That guy sounds like neither the dude in the first video he showed (who sounded a lot like Jackson Ellis) and the voice we're used to hearing (which Smoove himself would be the other option) so I guess there are actually more than 2 choices for voice actors.

That would be pretty messed up. As if we didn't get enough of his voice from his music, for him to voice our character would be beyond overkill.
