I'm watching now and making some notes.

Simplified sig skills, not limited.
Combined sig skill and personality badges. One list.
77 badges (!!)
28 badges as Personality badges, with one tier...
Skill badges, three tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold)...
NBA Players can have up to 70? (or 17?) badges...
Skill badges not limited to 1 tier.
NBA Players can't have all 77 badges, some of them conflict with each other...
LeBron James has 47 badges in-game, biggest number.
MyCAREER badges are earned in response of how you react and play.
Once you earn Bronze version, you can spend VC for better versions (Silver or Gold).
Personality badges are affected by hot streaks and animations...

Injury system implemented through the whole game!
Crowd reactions. Especially in Q4. (This also means if your team (or you) play bad, fans will leave)

They even had this in NFL Fever 2002 for the original Xbox, been wondering why that feature hasn't been implemented in more Sports games especially 2K.

Ok so I watched the whole thing, taking notes, some of them already been mentioned by mantazzo, here's more detailed list (including the badges) who can't watch or just don't want to hear the chit-chat:

• They removed the signature skills category and made one big badge system.
• There is total of 77 badges, 27? of which are personality badges, 50? are skill badges
• A player can have at most 70 badges as some of them are conflicting with each other (Alpha dog vs Beta dog and few more)
• LeBron James is an active player with most badges (47 badges)
• Individual players' badges can change throughout the season/career
• In MyCareer badges cannot be bought right away by "rich" players, but has to be initially earned and then skill badges can be upgraded with VC (not sure if you can also upgrade by playing)
• You can earn them by what you do in actual basketball game, but also by your responses in cutscenes (that probably makes them unskippable)
• Personality badges have only one tier (non-upgradeable) and affect players' hot and cold streaks, ambient animations and facial expressions
• List of personality badges with an effect on gameplay:
  

  alpha dog, beta dog, road dog, prime time, cool, collected, closer, fierce competitor, spark plug, swagger, mind game, enforcer, mentor, something soul - help team when they're down, floor general, hardened - playing through injury

• List of personality badges with no impact - these are "just" for adding emotions for ingame situations:
  

  friendly, reserved, high work ethic, legendary work ethic, all time great, low ego, keep it real, pat my back, expressive, unpredictable, laid back

• Skill badges are earned by what you do while playing and have 3 tiers - bronze, silver and gold
• You unlock the bronze in mycareer and then upgrade it with VC
• It also allowed devs to add more details to rosters - some players are good at say euro step and should rise above others, but there are some more exceptional ones - those have higher levels of badges

  volume shooter, microvawe, unphased, corner specials, screen outlet, deadeye, limitless range, the bank is open, fade ace, shot creator, lob city finisher, sprite posterizer, spin lay-in, hop stepper, king of euros, acrobat, teardropper, post spin technician, drop stepper, post hoperator, post stepback pro, dreamlike up and under, killer crossover, spin kingpin, stepback freeze, behind the back pro, hesitation stunner, master of in and out, pet move sizeup, one man fastbreak, transition finisher, flashy passer, break stutter, pick and roll maestro, lob city passer, dimer, hustle points, scrapper, tenacious rebounder, perimeter lockdown defender, post lockdown defender, charge card, pick dodger, pick pocket, interceptor, racer, chasedown artist, bruiser, brick wall
  

• Lot of returning badges, lot of new ones
• Points of emphasis - they improved them, basically by adding middle way - ie everybody can crash offensive boards, run on defense or some will crash and some will run back
• Defensive points of emphasis: focus, tempo, rebound
• Offensive points of emphasis: focus, agression, rebound
• More stats, more easily accesible, now you can easily get ingame detailed overview of your matchup, with all his badges, his weaknesses, his strengths. Also will have some quick description (elite scorer, defender, ...).
• Individual defensive settings - now we can set each matchup on it's own and on the fly
• Adjustable defensive settings types: on ball pressure, off ball pressure, force direction, screen, hedge, post, double team perimeter, double team post
• And crowd should be more alive, reacting to the game, leaving early when team gets blown out, ... They mentioned this and reactions in general, so here we go.
• They added lot of stuff for big men, lot of post stuff and generally tweaked around with existing OP'd badges like posterizer or split up the lockdown defender into perimeter and post versions.

I'm more excited about the crowd improvements, especially the 4qtr thing, and I have question will you see them leave while you're playing? will it affect your fps?

They also talked about that "your time has come" is not just marketing term, but it also means this is a "year of fans". Which is both great and good marketing

Oh and the badges are now in outer shooting, inner shooting, rebound and defense categories (or something like that).
Also they said that the list they've been reading will get released in text form, so anything i wrote down incorrectly or didn't hear well enough should get clarified by that.

you can have either one.. some badges like those two cant be used together because they conflict together

no info on how you earn them in MyLeauge and if you can replace one in Myleauge

Well, they said that those can change throughout the season and careers to reflect changes in rosters (and I think they meant MyLeague and MyGM), so I think it 's possible for Beta Dog to become Alpha Dog after the other Alpha Dog leaves the team.
MyCareer has a little bit different approach, so there might be this "upgrade" possible through some changes in rosters and acknowledging you're the alfa dog in some press conference.

Maybe Leftos could tell us if that's true (the MyLeague/MyGM part anyway)?
