but now u are asking about dekstop gpu right? im almost sure there is no 750ti for laptops. If u ask about desktop post rest of your spec.

i just want it to be 35-40 or more in mid-low settings on mid resolution

Oh if u feel good with 35-40 u are on a good way for sure. Hope u understand it will be non smooth display.
