I haven't been able to get the occlusion to work for me since 2k13 after a certain driver update (I forget which one specifically).

Hi guys !
So i tried your tweak GiecuMan and the game looks really good. I'm using "4x Sparse Grid Supersampling". The shadow on the shoulder is a little bit annoying but overall the game looks better.
I made a video using that tweak (it's more noticeable during the cutscenes) :

Dommy73 are you using skyrim instead of diablo 3 for AO, if so why?

It's my render settings for Vegas Pro. Is it bad ?

Yes, it's Skyrim for AO.
I was just messing with the settings and this looked good to me (or not worse than others, as changes were barely noticeable) so I left it there - this is something you can mess around with forever.

Yeah I hadn't seen anyone do that with 2k, it always seems to be Diablo 3. To be honest I wasn't even sure that other games were compatible with 2k. Personally I have come to dislike AO on High Quality. When switching between Quality, Off, and HQ it is my opinion a blur effect is present during gameplay when set to HQ. When zoomed in on replays or watching cut scenes it isn't noticeable though and may even look better. In addition I noticed that digital blur effect near the players head while being introduced has returned. This was a problem I was having before the patch. Now after messing about with 4x super sampling and AO it came back with a fury.
It is very hard to pin down the positives and negatives of these advanced NVidia options. One minute you think you have it set just right and the next you are back to making changes.
