@scarface

Yes 2 things:

1. Turn Antialaising down to 2
2. Turn Vsync off!!!

both options requiere alot of resources without making a huge difference in how it looks

after you done that you maybe can turn the rest back to high... depending on your PC

@scarface

those screens look pretty decent. (Y) only thing is that 2k didn't update cavs' court yet.

just put antialiasing to 2. and tell us how much fps do you get during gameplay.

you have better pc overall than scarface, it cannot lag that much.

what is your antialiasing and anisotropic filtering setting?

also, try lowering resolution.

I am running the game on i3 pretty good with medium settings, my graphics card is also not the best one.

I think you need better gpu, that should do the trick
or just check what guys told me to turn off to run the game better

Re: NBA 2K15 Screenshot Thread

Tue Oct 07, 2014 11:22 pm

but his gpu is almost 2x faster than yours. i also have msi gtx 650, that's why i ask what are his AA and AF settings.

in the end, you cannot play on full hd with that card. i don't play it on 1080p.

antialiasing 1 - anisotropic 2. Verical sync off . I play in 1280x720 all setings medium and i have big lag :/

Re: NBA 2K15 Screenshot Thread

Tue Oct 07, 2014 11:27 pm

turn on v-sync. also turn off special effects and put shader detail to "low". then test it.

i don't understand why you have that much lag. maybe this game will need pc patch asap.

who knows, maybe his pc is in dramatic condition, and must be cleaned, maybe thermal paste isn t changed in years now :D

is turning Verical sync on making the game run faster or otherwise?

So here is the video:

phpBB [video]

how do you think is the game running smooth enough?

Re: NBA 2K15 Screenshot Thread

Tue Oct 07, 2014 11:43 pm

yes, it runs very smooth on your video. i would be more than satisfied. (Y)

Re: NBA 2K15 Screenshot Thread

For some reason I thought they already got the current Cavs court in the game.

good to hear.
you didn t answered about V-sync, so do I need to turn it on or off for better preformance?

Re: NBA 2K15 Screenshot Thread

Hey -scarface-, do you think my PC can run that game with the same graphics like yours?

Intel(R) Core (TM) i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz
4.00 GB of RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series GPU.

If not, what do you think i should upgrade?
