Got you covered this year, that is, if they can be modded.

Yeah, but I want them on console too.

I tried to get them to at least fix the bulls court through Leftos but they didn't do anything, Leftos has no powerz D:

I think the real reason is that their art team is pretty small and they have to rush through and get things done and as a result, the quality of the stadiums suffer. They really need more people on their team so they can get all the details and such.

What is wrong about the Bulls court?

Not to completely spin this off-topic, but I have to seriously question anyone who doesn't know, and like, TCQ. The only viable excuse is they're either too young, or just have poor taste; and both are poor excuses. :D Again, this is partially in jest, although I await the overblown reaction -- but seriously, TCQ is better than literally every single piece of music being produced in 2014. Every. Single. One.

Bring on the overly aggressive, defensive replies.

Oh, and just to bring us back to topic. This only further excites me to get my hands on this for PC.

No argument there. "Music" today is trash. Never heard of TCQ and didn't like this song, furthermore it didn't really fit the video imo.

I would have made it fit. Starting with the chorus, "Here we go yo" gets a tip off leading into a shot of the halfcourt offense and defense while "What's the scenario" is said. That leads into a dribble penetration play for the lyrics "rushed and rushed, and attacked" with a paint collision synced to "Then they rebuked and you had to smack" and some after-play emotions and crowd reactions for "Causing rambunction throughout the sphere
Raise the levels of the boom inside the ear." "Boom goes the cannon" would receive a dunk synced to it, as would Busta's "Ugh, ugh, ugh" with some crossovers, and a drive for "I had to beg your pardon." There is just so much to work with there from a basketball game standpoint. Disappointed in Momentous.

You're right. The trailer seemed rushed. I like the shivers you get from the Yakkum Trailer on various dunks

I liked TCQ(Tribe Called Quest), but back then I was too busy listening to Digital Underground. Now that was some good music. :bowdown2:

Didn't see this earlier; the floor texture is bad, the wood tone is off, and the logos are off.

You forgot about the 1.0 seconds of them getting dunked on. They get no respect at all. They were the most exciting team in years with their amazing passing and people still think they're boring. They're "boring" because they kill you with execution and kindness. They don't act all ghetto when they dunk on you. Timmy should flex the next time he does a bank shot.

What the hell. You guys think 2k's doing that in purpose?

Re: NBA 2K15 MOMENTOUS TRAILER

Fri Sep 26, 2014 8:25 pm

Yes. They are featuring the young superstars of the nba; I don't blame them. Every young kid who doesn't know bball would rather watch Lebron dunk on a defender than exquisitely executed team play and off ball picks. It would have been great for 2k to show a 7 pass sequence leading to an open 3 for the Spurs though. Shown another dimension of 2k that rarely gets showcased - passing. And reassure users that spamming the steal button won't work this year. Seriously, Spurs online were a terrible team to use cause no one on their team bum rushes the rim and goes into the dunk animation. They score by passing. And in 2k14, Every other pass gets stolen by people spamming their steal buttons.

^ You are 100% correct on that! all you need to do to win is to spam the steal button.

Assuming both of you are playing with fouls off?

Re: NBA 2K15 MOMENTOUS TRAILER

You want people to get hyped when making a trailer. Showing passes won't make the people excited for the game. You need to show highlights! Dunks, alley oops, fast breaks. And you also need to show what's new. There's the focus on players emotion, the crowd, etc. If you include a 7 pass sequence in the trailer, don't you think that's just too long to be in it?

Exactly. I certainly have a healthy appreciation for the way the Spurs play and move the ball, and don't find them boring to watch. However, a trailer demands quick highlights in rapid succession. A lengthier play where the ball touches all five players isn't really a good fit.

However, given that they are the defending champs, it would've been nice to show them a little more, perhaps even hoisting the Larry O'Brien trophy.

I think they don't do that because this is supposed to be the game for the 2015 finals, so showing something that already happened might make it look dated.

Perhaps, but there's usually some callback to the year before, along with prominent use of the current cover player. In any case, it's something they could've done to get the Spurs in there.

Maybe they could add a Kawhi highlight, he's just the Finals MVP.
