Just got back from GameStop. I feel like I got ripped off. YES I got the game at midnight. But they gave me a cardboard box with a steam download CARD in it. Wtf? I did not go there to get a fricken download CARD. I wanted my DVD-ROM dang it! I don't even have a case now... Stupid GameStop. The PS4 and XboxOne people walked about with SHINY yes SHINY new cases. I got screwed over here on PC, and I was the ONLY one who pre-ordered on PC at my Local Game-Stop. Everyone was like, "What is that?!" lol. Thanks 2K. again. Nevertheless, I can't wait to play!

Nope, there are no Physical Disk copies on PC for 2K15. What you're given is a code in a box, which is why you were probably better off buying it off greenmangaming for 45 bucks instead of from gamestop.

Wow. My whole reasoning initially for ordering through Amazon was to not have to deal with the download. I only decided on Steam because of the preload.

If I would have stayed with amazon and awaited shipping then STILL had to download... that would have been ... wow. Glad I changed.

The files are probably hidden in the containers and you will have to unpack it first and then repack it. Will be fucking complicated. Better keep 2K14 installed.

Shoot, pick it up for PS4 you get a shiny case, physical disk, and only a decently quick install and you are done. You have it all. PC players are, and will always be treated as "2nd hand players" in the industry. Seriously 2K, take some notes from Bethesda Softworks. They are PRO-PC and look how that has turned out. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems far to coincidental that the year Leftos is hired is the year 2k completely changes the file structure of the pc game making it MUCH harder (if not impossible) to mod the game.

Now instead of telling me to grow the fuck up, how about you take the bull by the horns and figure out away around this. NLSC is a modding based community after all.

Exactly, the work that modders do makes them look bad so they gather up the modders to get rid of them because the more modders are out there the more people realize how little VC actually does for the game. Everything important is actually done by the modders and if people realize that then nobody would even buy the game, instead they'd just wait for the modders to do their thing.
