NBA 2K15 Replays cut off

Hi guys, so I've been playing NBA 2K15 on PC Steam for quite a while now and I've been having this replay glitch. Basically as you can see in the video, whenever there is a replay to show, the game just cuts it out and only shows the celebration of whatever happened instead of what actually happens i.e. the shot, the dunk etc. It's really annoying, because not only the replays cut off, but whatever the coach says, when you're having an interview with Doris Burke, they cut off.

Anyone has had that problem and knows how to fix it? It would really help me, I've tried verifying the integrity, but that didn't work.

When I made my profile the NBA servers were down, I wasn't bothered to create a new one after that because I've played for the whole day almost so I've played a lot of games, and besides there is no control lag, much better to play.
By the way if you still need proof this is my steam profile (you can see I own NBA)

Have you fixed it? If yes how? :/

Also guys if I delete my NBA files through STEAM and re-install it, are my online/offline MyPlayer profiles going to be deleted too? My main concern is my offline profile, because that's what I play most of the time.
I want to re-install to see if anything is wrong with the files even though I've tried verifying the cache.
The thing is that I've installed NBA on my old PC, and put the NBA files to my external hard drive therefore I'm thinking maybe some files were copied wrong etc.

So do the MyPlayer offline/online profiles stay there even if I delete NBA 2K15 or they get deleted together with NBA? If they do how do I extract the profiles so I can use them later on, when I reinstall the game?

It won't get damaged, as long as you don't delete save files.

Re-installed NBA, however the same problem occurs.
