Rotation Problem

For some reason I got a rotation problem. Players that are given 0 minutes still get play time in the last quarter for some reason. I got Substition on Auto and Substition Method on Rotation as I always had but since the latest patch I been having this problem that these players with 0 Minutes still get play time. I have no idea what changed or how to make it so this will not happen again. Any ideas ???

How many minutes do you play? Sometimes, players in my MyLeague like Haslem and Johnson gets inserted to the game with only 1 miinute left in the game and my team leading by more than 10 points.

Does it only happen when you're blowing out your opponent in the fourth? If so, I'd say it's by design; putting players who usually don't play into the game to save your key rotation players in "garbage time", just like in real life.
