HELP - How to keep custom faces after game updates?

I apologize if this has been addressed, but I couldn't find anything on this topic... So, I finally started using Greg's tool to start importing custom faces of my own and others... then, yesterday the game updated several new files and I noticed that all of my cyberface customizations had been undone. Is there a simple way of protecting the customized faces from being undone by official updates--without having to go in one-by-one to import them back in? Any help is greatly appreciated and, again, sorry if this issue has already been addressed. I've been out of the loop for a while and I also couldn't find anything addressing this issue when I searched for it. Thanks!

Nope. Not yet. When a new patch applies, some new files are added in the middle. So every file with a file number > will get new file numbers.

This is common to many games when it comes to updates and I don't think it could be tricked.
