xbox 360 editor

Hey there, does anyone know or have any program to edit xbox 360 rosters? Like I would like to make injury players, healthy. ;x

So how do those guys make rosters that players get injury ? There suppose to be somehow to make them healthy also. ? ;x

I don't know how it is on last-gen, but on next-gen, you can download an injury-free roster from 2K themselves.
