Player Pictures disappear

when i trade a player or assign him to another team his picture on the left disappears and i can only see the ingame model.
is there anyway to avoid that?

Aside from not trading any players, no.

this is supposed to happen... im amazed its taken so many people so long to notice. the default picture is only used if the player is on the team he started with, which is usually the jersey he is wearing in the picture (unless they are new to the team this season, like wiggins or someone). this is done so the player always has on his teams jersey in the photo, and ur team doesnt look like a strange explosion of other teams talent after a few trades/signings.

is it possible to make the pictures reappear with reditor or some other tool? for example by changing some portrait id or something?

That's a real shame.
Each team have already 2-4 players in other team's uniform, so this won't be a big deal. Instead after few trades we have "a strange explosion" of artificial renders instead of real players. That really decreases immersion and pleasure of management. For me it's one of major issues.

I hate those LQ rendered shitpics. Honestly, most of the teams have a few players with different jerseys, I would rather have real pics for everyone. Way to ruin a big part of immersion for me.
