A little help please NBA 2K15

Hi i need a little help:
1. i played around a bit on the video setting in-game now i get this few players that has pale faces looks like a living dead aka zombie. how do i change that? which part that actually caused that? is it player details or texture?
2. i find it hard to control my player in my career mode. i think its because of the controller lag. i uses logitech 310 controller connected to usb 3.0.
3. My player is SOOOO SLOWWW compare to same rated player in the league i cant even beat marcin gortat or al horford.. my rating now is 70 something with speed of 82.. is this caused by performance or what?
4. they say patch updated automatically? is there anyway we know if what patch we are using now? because i dont feel updated at all.
last but not least
I just want to express an anger within me.. i think 2K sports is a bit dissapointing this year because.. i play this mycareer so i can live my dream as a basketball superstar and now since 2K controls everything with the VC with the shoes accessories.. i am facing a frustration over the losses and incapabilities of my players to achieve the impossible early age of career.
I love playing offline since i can alter the points and i can upgrade my players easy butttt i cant have nice shoes and such
so PLEASEEEEEEEEEE 2K sports .. let it go.. let the player be 99 rate player and let us have the nice shoes... we bought your game full price! there is no more reason for you to make money out of these small pieces.
Make player upgrade using points and let the buying accessories stuff using vc points. I AM FRUSTRATED of having so many losses.. i am not the kind of guy who like to lose!!
