The visible dithering might be to do with your Anti Aliasing - Transparency settings. Try changing them and see if it fixes it.

no bro if you want to fix that beard and hair bug you need to set your AA to 8 which is not recommended for us who have low end gaming rig or HD 6670 cant handle that much so were hopeless this game is optimized for high end devices.

i checked the Lakers black sleeve and i got the same problem .
im getting micro stutter once in a while but not alot and it doesnt bother me that much
