Player usage rate in MC(My career)

Hello gamers!

I have one problem on nba2k15 in my career...

I have one player that's his overrall is 87.
In sim.games, my player's (PG) stats are about these: has 9.5(PT) and 10.8(AS).
That sucks! I sim 4 seasons and i am the top player in all teams(low teams) and it happens in 4 seasons.
My players take 8 or 11 about shots (FG) in all games!

I think this problem called : player usage rate.
I try to found something on google but ... nothing

Why is that? Is this actually a bug/problem or something like this? Is there any solution?

I think it's the shot tendency, just like in '14.
