I spent some time trying to update some draft classes for use in ML, and had a few questions and comments:
Some prospects have some ridiculous tattoo choices and locations, but we have no ability to add or change them. Is that something that may be patched later? Similarly, tattoos are not a possible option for CAPs (when I create to paste them into classes).
Headbands are not an option for DC prospects, but on some players their hair is adjusted as if they do have a headband. Headbands do not appear automatically post-draft in test runs in ML, rendering 90% of hairstyle choices worthless for that particular prospect.
For CAPs, the tendencies are sometimes very unreasonable and must be changed. Specifically I am unsure about the 'Triple Threat' options, 'Setup' options, and the post shots. Those are the ones that are in the 80s or 90s while the average for their positions may be <10. How much does that matter? If the 'No setup dribble' option is still higher than the others (say 99 vs. 80s) will it play the same way as more average tendencies with the same proportions (60-70 vs 30s)?
In test MLs using draft classes, CPU teams make a run on certain player types in the draft. I have seen them take 8 SGs or 6 Cs in a row, even when the players taken are slated to go much,
much later in the draft. 10-15 lower overalls of the players taken than the next BPAs (which are often 10-15 in number) are quite common. They seem to do everything necessary to avoid breaking the streak and make picks that are frankly, quite stupid. Is this normal, something that is planning to be updated, or something to do with the classes I tested (although it happened with default created classes as well)?
That said, I am still excited about the features in ML and look forward to starting mine soon once I figure out the draft class issues. Maybe Leftos can chime in on this sometime...
