how to load a roster?

i create a custom roster in settings and save it, but it doesn't carry over to a season or even exhibition games. the roster are just defaulted. how do i load my created roster?

I can't figure it out either. I made some edit to my roster, change shoes and so on but I don't know how to load that roster so that I can use it either.

We need to find a way for it to auto load our saved roster and not the default roster!
