Game freezes during loading

Every time I open up the game and select which mode I want to play, It freezes when loading. From what I've noticed though. This only happens when I'm playing online. But when I'm playing on offline mode, no freezing happens. Anyone else here getting this problem? or does anyone know a solution?

i have the same exact problem. anyone have a fix for this?
