Myplayer problems (not typical)

So my roommate and I bought a PS4 about two weeks ago in complete anticipation of this game. We both created user's and both created myplayers. Currently my roommate can access every aspect of his game. I as of two days ago have been totally unable to connect to the network. I log out and go check his and it works. Go back to mine and doesn't. Thought it was possibly my accounts fault in some way. I realized he had play station plus so I bought a 3 month package. No luck. I then began to think maybe it was something with my own PSN account so I checked that and it said I hadn't verified it yet. So I went through the necessary steps to activate and verify my account. Went back thinking it would for sure be the fix. Still not working. Check my room mates and his works. We are playing the same damn game on the same damn system and his works and mine doesn't. What the actual f? Anybody intelligent enough to help please offer assistance. I'm very let down with this entire experience.

2K/PS4 support?

I don't believe there is such a thing as a support team or center for this game on PS4. Fuck it all. I'm done. Goodbye video games fuck em all.

Should have been more clear... 2K||PS4 support? In other words, have you tried contacting 2K OR PS4 (Sony) support with this issue?
