Same with 2k11? OS upgrade time? Win 8.1 solved lag issue for me

Okay guys, actually, stuttering issue really made me to think of 'PG dominant bug' that EA made patch for us during Live 07

Last time that I log in here was during 2k11 that I had crash issue. I mean it was horrible. I had never pass Lakers vs Bulls intro game without crash until I switch from XP to 7 and the game just ran smooth.

So, today, I just try to login (nearly lost my username and pw ) here to share some problems and I just noticed that I used to have issued with OS on 2k11.

So , I just install Win 8.1 and ran 2k15.

I can run max setting on 1920*1080 without any lag at all, run with i5 3570 + HD7850 + 8 g ram

Give it a try everyone

Fresh install does a computer good in my experience no matter the OS. Of course any upgrade beside vista. Still have nightmares.

i dont know why i cant update to 8.1, im with 8.0, i win this system in some Microsoft event in my country, wierd, but like some1 said earlier it must be individual luck.

did you go from win 7 to win 8.1? or win 8 to 8.1?

Updating to windows 8.1 made the game much smoother for me also, I recommend trying it! Took about 40 minutes to update, I'm happy with the result, thank you mr.sak

I just finished updating to 8.1. I didn't notice any performance increase, but I never really had micro-stuttering problems to begin with.
Pretty pleased with the upgrade process though. Went super smoothly.

I installed Windows 8.1 enterprise (90 days trial ver.)
