Mod Requests (PC Version): Remove/Hide Sideline Characters

I've been reading on this site for a while, though I'm a new member. I really appreciate all of the thought and effort you guys put into making this excellent series even better, and I thought someone might be able to assist me.

I've just moved from NBA 2K11, which had this option in the video settings. However, this option is not in NBA 2K15.

I would like a patch/trainer/mod that would remove or allow toggling on/off sideline characters. Here's the priority:
1. Cheerleaders
2. Sideline characters (photographers, floor sweepers, etc.)
3. Team Benches (players/coaches)

It provides 2 possible benefits
1. Parental control (some may consider the cheerleaders to be provocative, and there's no way to keep them from showing up).
2. Minimize GPU workload.

At the least, I would like to be able to remove the cheerleaders.

Again, kudos to those of you that have the ability to do things like this.
