player assecoires and changing of commentary name offline my career

Hey all..

Since im not a big fan of playing games offline besides 2 mmo's ive decided to stay offline for nba2k 15.

But in the previous installments it was possible to change your commentary name at any time you wanted, and you could put assecoires on your player.

Ive seen and heard that in the online my career you can purchase the assecoires for VC, but is that the only way or can i unlock this oppertunity maybe as ive just unlocked the song selection for when the startin players are announced?

Lastly, the commentary name, if someone knows how to change this when in the my career menu, that would be epic. I now have the dude (since it was new) but i want to change it to some other new ones.

Hopefully someone can help.
