How to change nicknames for created players?

In MyCarrier you can choose nickname like "Goose", "Shorty" for your player, but when you creating players in option menu you can't choose those nicknames.
So player gets random nicknames, except if your surname are identical to your nickname. If you choose surnames from given list in create player, commentators will call you by that surname + random nickname, this is really annoying.

So my question is where I can change those nicknames for created players? Maybe someone who is smart can explain me how to do it with Cheat Engine if that is possible?
