Calling for Post Up - Teammate Spacing Issue

Hey guys, has anyone else encountered this annoyance? You call a post up for a big man on one side and your teammates clear that side out like they're supposed to, but only for a couple of seconds. Then when you are getting set to make the entry pass they immediately start crowding back into your side of the court, bringing over more defenders and ruining the play. It happens during every post up play you call.

I have to keep spamming the post up command to make sure teammates don't keep creeping back into my side.
