ps4 freezing on menu

can't access any game modes while ps4 is connected to internet, always hangs/freezes. but Ok when not connected to internet. is this server issue?

Sounds like it. Some other server issues have been being reported over the past few days as well. Will probably take a little bit to get that worked all out.

music also doesnt load haha. but everything is fine when offline

Exactly what I'm experiencing too, although I'm on pc. When online it freezes for 30 sec - 3 minutes (!) when I get inside any of the menu items like nba today, options, 2ktv etc. Such hassle. Offline there is no freezing though.

Yeah I guess it must be the bad server issues combined with our country's (PH) terrible internet speed. Relieved I'm not the only one experiencing this. Hope it gets fixed soon.
