Can't save controls or myCarrer

I don't know why is this happening i created myplayer, went to first nba game and that's it. Also everytime i change controls it resets.

after finish your game, in main screen my career, you can go to options change the configuration and it will be all the time. If doesnt work go to main nba , and go to options change what you want and save

i've done that already
