We already have a thread for this question.
But the answer is yes, you should be fine.
If you meet all the minimum requirements, I would not worry if you plan on playing on the lowest settings. Then after the game comes out you can see how far you can push it and decide if you want to upgrade.

I think it would be irresponsible for them to release minimum requirements that couldn't get at least 25-30 FPS on the lowest settings at a decent resolution. So I would expect at least that. If you have any more questions or comments regarding requirements you should probably ask them here:

Depends on what options are there. If the game has twice as much stuff in terms of settings to change you could get it playable on a lot more systems than the prior games. (And if there's a greater range of choices within each like there was in 2K9-10 before they vanished in later games.)

You'll be fine with minimum specs.

Maybe it should be :
What are minimum pc spec to run nba 2k15 on lowest settings at 60fps(resolution of monitor)?

In my case 1360x768.During previous years i found out constant 60fps on broadcast is a must in this game to be playable and enjoyable (for me).
Anyone could help me when the game will be realased to upgrade my low end pc to meet that spec the cheapest way possible?
This is the only game i play.I love it , must play it :)But i live in Poland so harware is 30% more expensive than in USA.
Now i have
Msi h61 mainboard intel 1155
Celeron g530 2x2,4ghz
4gb 1333Mhz CL9 ram
Aerocool VP-450W 80+ 12V: 312W
Asus radeon 5670 512MB
Assume cpu upgrade ,gpu upgrade or both maybe.Courios this game will be cpu or gpu heavy ,will it use hyperthreading or only real cores?

Intel Pentium G2130, Dual Core, 3.20GHz, 3MB, LGA1155, 22nm, 55W,~90$
if it will use HT
Intel Core i3-3250 (3M Cache, 3.50 GHz) ~140$
or only Intel CORE i5-3470 3,2GHz BOX 6M LGA1155 ~~220$ will do the 1360x768 60fps lowest settings trick
gpu i didnt read about yet

Dude, did you sign into this thread just to be a dick?
I'm guessing English isn't the OP's first language. You could have said your original reply a lot more politely. Or not at all.

I am sincerely apologizing for my rather appalling behavior. My stress got the better of me. Please also continue asking on the existing thread. Edited my posts.

i suspect the lowest settings will be without the physics effects like moving hair.. maybe the lightning will be scaled down

the player textures will most likley be the same.. doubt they have different textures for every player included

since nobody has the PC Version yet(thats the Problem with Steam.. even if you get a physical PC Copy early you have to wait till Steam unlocks it) we will know for sure propably tommorrow!
