I'm already seeing things I don't like
1. The post defense seems kind of bad especially on the 2 Plays I saw where Greg Monroe went up against Boris Diaw and Josh Smith went up against Tiago Splitter.
2. At 1:12 you see Danny Green cutting on a screen from Manu and he goes all the way out of bounds.
3. From 1:45 on look at Splitter and Smith...where's the collision? they're just bumping each other but no contact animations are being produced...same thing happens between Monroe and Diaw shortly after in another clip.
4. Manu shooting right handed doe?

Maybe I'm over analyzing I don't know how old this footage is but if this is recent I'm not feeling the things I listed.

On one hand, I definitely like that level of detail, having to make sure that you're doing the right thing and keeping your coach satisfied with your performance. The presentation is obviously fantastic as well. It seems kinda silly to complain about any of that when we've been asking for more depth and greater immersion, but if MyCAREER is too cutscene heavy, that could get a bit tedious.

I only have complaints on the in-game mechanics or one aspect at least but other than that I love what they have done with MC

This is just amazing to me. They really seem to be going the extra mile IMO. I'm very impressed. I would guess that a player in the NBA interacts with his coach, teammates and the staff much more than he does with the shoe companies, agents, the press or even his GM. So I think they are starting to add something that has been sorely lacking in the past installments. Am I the only one excited about this?

I'm excited I'm throwing my money at steam and I heard if you purchase the game before Oct 5th you can download the game early so when Oct 7th hits you can play it but I'm not sure if that is for PC as well.

Speaking of coaching, will computer controlled teams react to what my team does? For example, if I drop 45 PPG on them in the regular season, then hit them for 50 in game one of the playoffs, might they double team me?

As far as I know, this one exists in the current gen. Even if you dropped 15 points in the first quarter, expect less scoring opportunities in the next quarters.

Do you mean NBA 2K14 on Xbox and PS? I've played on PC. It does not happen. I drop 30+ PPG in the playoffs, but the CPU opponent never double teams me. I drop 20 points in the first quarter, but there is no double team. The computer opponent never double teams any player. Computer opponents never change any aspect of their play style. And overall, from team to team, the don't play any differently.

Well, it happened to me on a regular basis.
And when I created beast low post myplayer they started to doubleteam him almost immediately :D

Yeah, happens to me on PC too. If you're beasting with a player, you'll get double teamed pretty quickly.
