Jersey files

Can anyone tell me what does the file jersey_normal and shorts_normal do? Do you have to replace them when you're replacing textures of jerseys or do you leave them alone?

They are like green texturee in 2K14.
If yoi edit only colors, you don't have to replace them
But if you move team name(city), lines etc. you have to esit them. Region textures as well

Thanks a lot!! By the way, I tried to replace the away jerseys of the Magic to classic away 1, but I can't replace the normal files. There isn't the option ATI2.
