Draft Class and Roster Downloads

I can't seem to download any draft class or roster it says the file is corrupt and cannot download or something like that and I've tried with many diff rosters and draft classes with no luck. I'm playing on PC and using steam and if anyone knows how to fix this that would be greatly appreciated thanks.
