Help with export/editing Jersey

Hi,
First, sorry for open a topic for this, but i need help.
I view all tutorials on the web, and i'm desperate
My intention is export a jersey for make a "fantasy" jersey, but I can't. When i come to export a jersey with Explorer (.dds) in photoshop appears a 3d frontal image of the jersey repated.
I hope that someone helps me.
