Dribbling tutorial

Has anyone put together something like a video or a cheat sheet for how to dribble effectively? I seem to only spam the right stick and hope for results. Meanwhile, people in mypark can cross me up and fly right by while my crossovers are slow and ineffective.

Your best bet might be to go into practice mode and just try things out. From there it'll become pretty apparent on how to do a lot of things.
