How to add SweetFX or Cyberfaces?

Hi,

How do you add a SweetFX (TBM's) or a Cyberface (KevinParkers) to your game?

Sorry lol I don't know how to do this stuff.

For SweetFX, just drag the contents of the SweetFX folder(For mine, it's what's inside the Win7 or Win8.1 folder) and for cyberfaces:
