Corrupted UserData after PS4 Hard Drive Replacement

I replaced my PS4's hard drive yesterday, and now when booting up NBA 2k15 I get a message saying that the UserData file has been corrupted, and will be overwritten. All my other save files seem to work with no problem.
Does anyone know what could have happened, what I'll lose by overwriting my UserData file, and whether my other NBA 2k15 save files are likely to be damaged?
