My Career, stuck to 88 overall ?

I guys, I create yet another topic (I didn't find one about this) to ask you. Is your Myplayer stuck to 88 overall maximum ?
I've got a lot of VC but I can't improve him anymore.. That sucks he's only at 75 at dunk and he miss a lot of them (And I'd like to improve my PG and defense skills too at least..

You have to play games in MyCareer so you can gain upgrade points. It's just like the badges, you may earn them after games.

Didn't heard of that.. Do you know how to get them ? Just by playing ? So when ? I'm at the begining of 2016 (nearly, just one more game to play) Anyway thanks man, I was kinda mad to think that I'm gonna be stuck with a player like mine (Great shooter, average for the others...)

Yeah, you basically have to plan out what kind of player you want to have. At the bottom of the attribute upgrade screen it will tell you how many upgrades you have left. If it says 0 than you have to play some more games. But if you are at the end of 2016, you must have simulated many of those games. I don't think you can earn upgrades when simulating games.

Oups sorry I just win one of those upgrade points, and it's actually not the first time.. But I wasn't really looking at that notification cause I've had points when it happened before...
I'm not at the end of 2016, I'm at the 1st January of 2016 and I simulated something like 3 games in the playoffs, I don't really see the point of simulating game, even more now cause I'm at the Lakers and I think we'll loose if I don't play well
