redeem code issue

Hi guys
Finally I got the game,all smooth and wonderful. The one big problem is that I can't redeem the MVP dlc... When I write down the code in the locker it says that the code is invalid.
Any suggestions?

Contact 2K Support. They're the only ones that can resolve issues with pre-order codes.
