Delete Ingame Account

Is it possible to reset my Ingame Account?

My old Account is pretty srewed up.. I cant access the Email anymore wich is linked to the account.. and since its alot of hassle to reset that i just made a new account

now i cant find a way to change that ingame... is there a way?
