Autosave and save as, help me understand please

Sat Oct 25, 2014 3:17 am

Hi leftos and ronnie, I understand 2k15 is a great game and you guys are listening to the community through your patch updates. But please allow me to ask these questions as these are really,to me, the major bummers of what is a great game

1. Autosave option to turn off, why is this not possible? Is it by design or a programming issue?
2. option to "save as" for our association..this was present in past NBA 2k versions so why remove it now? Somtimes we want to make a backup of our files, or we want to experiment and the absence of this option (which was my workaround for the disabled autosave of 2k14) severely limits how we can explore, and to a degree, our enjoyment of the game

Thanks..if you can..please fix at least one of these issues

I doesn't bother me nearly as much. It just means that once you start a game, you're committed to it. Normally, in MyCareer, if I turned the ball over in the first few minutes, I'd just quit and restart, but now I can't do it. There are times when I do so poorly in a game and down 20 that I just wished they'd bench me and end my misery already.

I think this is by design and is more realistic I guess.

mycareer perhaps yes, but on association, sometimes I try to experiment, like simulate a few seasons..and just "save as" giving me the option to keep my current association safe and play with another version

Im just wondering if its a technical thing thats why its been removed

I'm guessing it can screw up with the amount of VC rewards earned when playing a game so they took it off.
