where is my free 10,000 vc points?

So i purchased this game for ps4 last october 9th and till now havent received my 10,000 vc which 2k advertised as free for ps4 users or ps plus subscribers. I read somewhere that the code is in the booklet but there isnt any code in the booklet that is about the 10000 vc points that 2k promised. So maybe some of you here can help me ( leftos or jao who works for 2k.) I am a ps plus subscriber and my psn is tatlopuyo24. Thanks in advance.

I bought the digital version on PS4 and had the 10,000 VC already in game upon launch.

Still havent gotten mine.
