Slow Motion Replays?

In this video from IGN at the 1:00 mark, it shows the game in slow motion. I'm assuming it's from a replay. But I can't figure out how to make replays run slower than normal speed. I thought for sure 2K13 had it and maybe 2K14 as well? Has this feature been taken out of the game or am I missing something?

Slow motion is still possible with analog triggers on a controller, no idea about keyboards or digital buttons

Okay thanks. I'm using the Logitech 310(510 without the vibration) and it's not working. It might be an input problem so I'm going to try x360ce to see if that helps.

Yeah, on a controller, just lightly hold down the left left trigger.
