NEW DISCOVERY REGARDING LOW FPS/MICRO STUTTER

Hey guys. While playing around with my video settings, I accidentally play with East vs West all star. And wow, i run it smoothly with 60fps locked with all settings on high at 720p. With my current setup I'm really struggling to play at a decent fps, and micro stuttering really gives me a headache. With this new discovery, I tried to play with normal NBA teams with Sleeve Jersey. Guess what!? It runs smooth like butter!!! So my conclusion is that normal nba jersey gives us low fps or micro stutters. You should guys check this out and give feedback coz i really have a weird CPU setup. Maybe its just me.

Core 2 Quad @ 2.4ghz - I can't OC because of my MOBO limitations! BOO ECS! haha
4 GB of ram @ 1333mhz
Asus Gtx 770 2gb - HAHA! Overpowering my cpu!
