Is there a way to turn off baseline characters?

Title says what i want to ask i need to turn them off because in practice or blacktop mode i can play wihout lag, but in quick game or my areer it lags badly. Even on lowest graphics it lags on my pc hwne there is a crowd

If you can't play on the lowest settings at a playable FPS, the only solution is to buy a new video card/rig..
