If you have original content that you made, then by all means you can upload that... but there is NO reason to re-upload the Ultimate Base Roster art files, especially without my permission.
Here is the link you can give people... you can tell them to just install Parts 1-9:

about 70% of the work on UBR are used without permission sometimes even without credit

the existing download packages are too big for his work and he will not be doubling it , a lot of people dont download UBR because it makes the folder about 35 gb or more

35 GB to have every complete season from 1960-2015 plus a bunch of other specialty mods seems like a pretty nice deal if you ask me - especially when modern computers come with terabytes of space. Did I mention it's all FREE? And the work was all done voluntarily? The users that don't like the UBR gripe because of one of two things: they either have a lousy internet connection for downloads, or have a computer made in the 1990's with limited space - my assumption is you fall into one of those categories. By the way, I have counters on every download part and link associated with the Ultimate Base Roster and statistics say the early parts (the ones that only need to be downloaded once) have been downloaded over 2.8 million unique times PER link (Parts 9 and 10 are way more because you have to download them with new updates). Not 2.8 million views... 2.8 million downloads... PER part.
I take major offense to your comment about work not being custom-made or credited. The UBR team, especially myself, has great relationships with almost every NBA2K modder and have been given the full go-ahead to include it (we ask through PM, E-mail, Twitter, and sometimes by cell phone - so just because you don't see a post publicly asking to use it, doesn't mean we didn't take the necessary means to acquire the permission to include it). In fact, 9 times out of 10, when someone PMs me or contacts me requesting to use UBR files I give them the green light. The times I usually say no are the times like this, when no one bothered to reach out to me and ask.
A lot of the time, it's guys like KingMellow, DwadeFlash, ShawnKemp, Retroman, Nuhmete, Mythbuster, Rich, MGX, RayHoops, Suirad, Bird, BigHort, Meds, and the list goes on and ON and ON who makes the stuff from scratch specifically for the UBR anyway. Once in a while there is a random guy who will send me an art file on PM or FB or Twitter and I will include it, but those occasions account for less than 50 files of the complete download (or less than 1% of a 35GB mod). Feel free to PM me files you claim haven't been given credit and I will either remove them, or show you proof of the modder giving me permission to include it. By the way, the Facebook, Twitter, NLSC info, and my yahoo e-mail address is posted ALL over the internet. I get hundreds of messages each week through those mediums and not ONCE have I ever heard from a modder about their work not being credited or asked to have been used. You're the only one who continues to bring this up from time to time. Feel free to peruse the 225+ pages of the original 2K12 Ultimate Base Roster thread where you can see in real-time/chronological order people who requested and had stuff made, and previewed it for that mod which was ultimately converted for the 2K14 version of the ultimate base roster mod (viewtopic.php?f=143&t=82925). You can see where the mod started from and how it has slowly progressed into the gold standard of sports games mods. People's custom-made/unique creations are littered throughout each page. It's not even worth me addressing further because I believe you're only saying it to be a troll. Go take your negative comments and express them on your own forum if you are so passionate about it: http://nba2kmods.free-forum.net
This is like the 4th or 5th time you have tried to follow me into threads to badmouth the UBR and the hard work that's been put into it. I typically ignore it, but now It's growing tiresome and I had to say something. All I sense is jealousy and bitterness from you. If you need help downloading or installing the mod or something then PM me and I'll be happy to help you. Aside from that, I don't know what to say to have you stop posting this kind of nonsense.
